Insurance claims
Insurance claims handled at the shop, with every insurance company.
After an accident the paperwork is the part nobody wants. We work with all insurance companies: the adjuster comes to us, we write the estimate, and we tell you what is covered before work starts.

Claims we handle
- Your own collision coverage, after paying your deductible
- The other driver's insurance, when they were at fault
- Cars the insurer is thinking about calling a total loss
- Supplements for damage found once the car is apart
How a claim goes with us
Report the claim
Call your insurer (or the other driver's) and get a claim number.
Tell them where the car is
Tell the adjuster you want the car inspected at The Great Potential Body Shop, 12496 SW 128th St, Bay #105.
Estimate and approval
The adjuster inspects the car here and we agree the repair. You see what is covered before work starts.
Supplements
Hidden damage found once parts come off is documented and sent back to the insurer.
Repair and pick-up
You pay your deductible, if any, and drive home.
What do I pay?
When insurance is paying, you usually pay your deductible. If the other driver was at fault, their insurer may cover it all. We go over the numbers with you before any work starts.

Insurers often suggest shops. You can still ask your adjuster to inspect and repair the car at our shop, and we work with them from there.
