Questions people ask the shop
Do you work with my insurance?
Yes. We work with all insurance companies. File the claim, tell the adjuster you want the car inspected at our shop, and we handle the estimate and any extra damage found once the car is apart.
Can I send photos before I bring the car in?
Yes. Use the estimate form to send a few photos and a description and we call you back. A final estimate is written once we see the car in person.
Can a car my insurer called a total loss be fixed?
Sometimes. It depends on the damage and on what the car is worth. Bring it by and we tell you honestly whether the repair makes sense.
